Stretched Piercings Made to Extreme: Joel Miggler’s Cheek Holes

Cheek HolesExtreme body modifications take a new meaning in this 23 year old’s facial piercings. Joel Miggler from Germany has several facial piercings stretched to large gauges. This young man, however, didn’t stop at stretched earlobes: he has large holes on either side of his cheeks. These cheek holes are stretched to the width of 36mm.

Depending on the type of plugs and flesh tunnels he wears, you can clearly see his teeth, gums and split tongue. The young man claims he has no special name for his cheek piercings. “You can call them stretched or big cheeks”, he claims. He also states he wants to continue stretching his cheeks to a larger gauge.
