The Surgical Steel Prong Set Nostril Screws 14K White Gold Setting on top of a Surgical Steel Shaft. The gems are available with a variety of colors, and being in a prong setting more light gets to the stone to make them sparkle a little more.

These are available in Nose bones, Nostril Screws, and also Fishtails if you prefer to bend your own. The Regular prong setting holds a 1.75 mm gem and the Micro prong setting holds a 1 mm gem. If you want to find some other styles you can do that here
